High Quality 8/9 oz Buffalo leather strap remnants'

You will receive 5 strips of our high quality 8/9 ounce buffalo leather. Pieces are approximately 1/8" thick. Choose brown or black. These strips are ideal for many craft projects and many handmade leather goods. The width will vary, usually from about 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch wide.  These are strap remnants, so the width might or might not be constant throughout the entire length of the leather strip. The length is typically about 36 to 48 inches.

This is strong and durable leather, cut from full buffalo hides.

Our genuine buffalo leather goes through a two-step chrome/vegetable tanning process that results in
beautifully grained leather that is pliable, yet very strong. The grain structure of buffalo leather is such
that its strength is generally considered to be superior to cowhide.
