Awesome high quality leather sling which is perfect for the Winchester Model 70 30.06 Classic I purchased. Could not have a cheap low quality Chinese sling on my new rifle and the nice sling suits a classic rifle perfectly. So glad I paid a bit more for something nice and made in America.

I was looking for a simple leather sling to match my new Henry 30-30 Yellow Boy Side Gate. I wanted an older sling that might have an old west look. I found this sling that could come with antique hardware and it seemed perfect. The leather is sturdy and good quality. I ordered the 1” wide sling. I think a 1 1/2” wide would have looked good as well. I did go with brown leather to match the wooden stained stock.
The slider buckle sling is the best I've used for hunting. I bought a black one for my .30-06 two years ago, and whrn I bought my .375H&H I immediately ordered a brown one.
I would get this for any hunting rifle I own - it's silent in use and great quality.
The swivels appear to be well made and I appreciate being able to find them with the brass finish, to work perfect with my project.
